Corporate America Does Not Care About You!

I am a man who cares about ethics, morals, principles.

Injustice #1:

Is it fair, that as a new homeowner, I did not know to fight my appraisal of property value and now that the time has come and gone, my mortgage payments have sky rocketed? They tell me, there is nothing you can do. Sorry about your bad luck! What would be fair is... as a new home owner, there should be a grace period. By the time I learned of how the hike in property value would affect my escrow, it was too late.

Injustice #2:

Why are basic economy airline tickets non-refundable and non-transferable? My parents planned a trip to Texas for themselves and two others. The two others are no longer going and on behalf of my parents, I called United to try to either, get a refund for the two tickets or have my brother substituted. I talked to a United representative over the phone and he told me that there was nothing he could do for me. Sorry about your bad luck! AGAIN! Was it fair that my parent's paid for two airline tickets and now they can't get any type of refund and no one can take the place of the two who are not going? Now the airline is allowed to sell those (already paid for seats) to someone else?

Corporate america doesn't give a fat shit about you or anybody else. The only thing they care about is there pockets. It's not fair. It's not just. This is the world we live in. They, the county tax office and the affordable airlines like United, have a monopoly and most Americans are stuck following their rules whether those rules are fair or not. It just flat out sucks! Pisses me off...

As a nurse, I don't work so that my company can get richer and richer and give zero shits about the patient laying there on my OR table. Nooooo! The patient outcome, satisfaction, and safety all rank number 1. How do people, who do fucked up things or allow fucked up things to happen to people, sleep at night?
